Procell Therapies: Advanced Biotechnology for Lasting Skin Transformation

Procell Therapies utilizes cutting-edge biotechnology to deliver remarkable, long-lasting improvements in the appearance of your skin.

Procell Microchanneling stimulates your body's natural regenerative processes, helping to tighten, lift, and rejuvenate your skin while addressing various common skin concerns.

With numerous benefits, Procell Microchanneling is highly effective in achieving your skin goals. For optimal results, we recommend 3-6 treatments spaced two weeks apart.

What is Microchanneling?

Microchanneling is an advanced treatment that helps maintain youthful skin by activating your body's natural regenerative processes. This technique tightens and lifts the skin while addressing various common skin concerns, offering a non-invasive solution for smoother, healthier skin.

Unlike many aesthetic treatments that rely on aggressive or inflammatory methods, microchanneling stimulates the body’s ability to produce new, healthy skin. This approach results in a more comfortable treatment experience, minimal downtime, and enhanced skin vitality. Additionally, microchanneling encourages collagen production, improving your skin's overall health and appearance.

Every day, your skin undergoes both visible and invisible aging. Factors such as sun damage, internal inflammation, chemicals, and gravity gradually take a toll on its youthful radiance. As we age, our skin's ability to repair itself diminishes, leading to slower healing, increased inflammation, and more pronounced blemishes. Microchanneling helps counteract these effects by stimulating skin rejuvenation and restoring vitality.

Compared to Microneedling

  • Significantly reduced downtime, typically ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.

  • The linear stamping technique minimizes discomfort for clients, providing a more comfortable experience.

  • Procedure time is halved, thanks to a variety of tip sizes designed for different treatment areas.

  • The use of growth factor serums enhances the healing process, delivering results that were previously difficult to achieve.

Treatment

How does Microchanneling stimulate cellular activity? A single treatment creates hundreds of thousands of microchannels in the skin. Each micro-injury triggers an inflammatory healing response, which stimulates the production of new collagen. With repeated treatments, this ongoing healing process improves skin texture and enhances the overall appearance of the skin.

Precision micro-needles are gently tapped into the skin, creating uniform micro-channels. A single pass with the ProCell system generates hundreds of thousands of micro-channels across the treated area.

Each micro-channel is surrounded by healthy tissue, promoting a faster healing process. In response to micro-injuries, the body initiates an inflammatory healing response that stimulates new collagen formation.

Over time, this repeated healing process results in the production of healthier, more youthful skin. As collagen regenerates, skin texture improves, and the skin's overall appearance is enhanced.

Who can do this treatment?

As ProCell microchanneling treatments are minimally invasive, they are also safe for all skin types. Whether you are fair-skinned or dark, and even if you experience chronic breakouts, properly conducted microchanneling treatments will not result in hyperpigmentation, keloid scars, or other lasting negative side effects.

How Do Stem Cells Support the Healing Process?

Human growth-factor serums, derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, are renowned for promoting scarless healing with minimal inflammation. When applied immediately following a microchanneling treatment, these serums enhance the delivery of nutrients and stimulate collagen production, accelerating the healing process.

A Solution for Hair Loss: Procell Stem Cell Microneedling

Combat Hair Loss and Slow the Balding Process:

Hair loss, commonly experienced by men and women, can start at any age, from adolescence to later in life. While genetics largely determine this process, modern techniques now offer promising solutions to slow its progression.

Procell Stem Cell Microneedling is a cutting-edge technology developed by American scientists. The procedure utilizes a device with a circular tip that creates micro-perforations in the skin without causing trauma. Simultaneously, it delivers a serum rich in natural ingredients to nourish and support healthy cell function.

This treatment aims to stimulate cellular growth in the scalp, potentially slowing or halting the balding process. Procell microneedling acts as a form of “physical training” for the skin, helping to enhance its regenerative abilities. While results take time and require multiple sessions throughout the year, the level of hair loss and individual response will determine the treatment plan and outcomes.

How does stem cell microneedling promote hair growth?

Let's break it down:

1. Microneedling Stimulates Collagen Production

The tiny needles used during a microneedling procedure, whether on the scalp or face, help stimulate collagen production. But why is collagen important for hair growth? Collagen makes up about 80% of the skin and is vital in maintaining its structure. As we age, collagen production declines, beginning as early as our mid-20s. In the scalp, collagen provides the necessary foundation for healthy hair follicles. Without sufficient collagen, follicles may weaken, leading to slower hair growth or even dormancy in extreme cases.

2. Microneedling Enhances Blood Flow to the Scalp

Blood flow is essential for the health of hair follicles. Increased circulation to the scalp ensures that the follicles receive the nutrients and oxygen necessary for healthy hair growth.

During microneedling, the needles create small scalp punctures, stimulating blood flow to the treated area. This surge of blood delivers essential nutrients, supporting the growth of strong, healthy hair.

3.  Stimulates Stem Cells for Hair Regrowth

Stem cell microneedling is highly effective at stimulating the stem cells in your scalp. These cells, found deep within hair follicles, are activated during the treatment. This stimulation triggers the production of growth factors, further promoting hair growth and follicle health.

4. Improved Absorption of Topical Treatments

If you're already using topical hair regrowth treatments like Finasteride or Minoxidil, microneedling can enhance their effectiveness. The tiny punctures created during the procedure open the follicles and allow these treatments to penetrate more deeply and directly. As a result, the effectiveness of these medications is increased, providing better support for hair restoration.

Is Stem Cell Therapy Effective for Hair Regrowth?

ProCell before and after

The short answer is that current research strongly indicates that stem cell microneedling can be effective in stimulating hair regrowth. However, it is important to note that more research is needed, as there have been limited studies on the specific benefits of stem cell microneedling for hair loss. Future studies may uncover which topical treatments are most effective when combined with this technique.

That being said, the studies conducted thus far are highly promising. One key study involved 100 male participants with androgenetic alopecia (AGA), or male pattern baldness. The participants were divided into two groups: one group applied 5% Minoxidil twice daily, while the other received weekly

microneedling sessions in addition to the same Minoxidil regimen.

Each participant applied 1mL of Minoxidil per session, totaling 2mL daily. The microneedling group was instructed to skip Minoxidil on treatment days but resume application 24 hours after each procedure. After 12 weeks, the microneedling group showed significantly greater hair regrowth compared to the Minoxidil-only group.

As research into stem cell microneedling progresses, its effectiveness is becoming more evident. Continued studies will likely clarify this treatment's full potential in the future.

The Benefits of Hair Restoration with Procell Pure Stem Cells: What You Need to Know

What is Procell and How Does It Work in Stem Cell Microneedling for Hair Restoration?

Procell utilizes pure stem cells that are rich in growth factors, offering a more advanced approach to promoting hair regrowth compared to traditional microneedling treatments.

These growth factors include:

1

Cytokine

2

TGF-β3

3

Protective antioxidants

4

Potent peptides

Procell leverages conditioned media derived from stem cells in human bone marrow cultures, specifically BM-MSCs (bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells). These cells are integral to the body’s natural healing processes throughout life. However, as we age, the production of BM-MSCs declines. The BM-MSCs used in Procell are sourced from young, healthy volunteers and undergo strict medical regulation during the extraction process. These stem cells are then cultivated and processed in FDA-regulated facilities, ensuring safety and effectiveness.

Procell pure stem cells enhance hair growth's effectiveness by providing additional growth factors, resulting in a more powerful and beneficial impact.

What to Expect During Your Procell Microneedling Treatment

During your stem cell microneedling session, a small roller with fine, precise needles will be applied to your scalp at the targeted hair loss areas. The tiny needles create micro-injuries to the scalp, stimulating the healing process and encouraging hair growth.

Before the treatment, your provider will apply a topical anesthetic to the scalp to minimize discomfort. The duration of the treatment can vary based on the size of the treatment area but typically takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes, making it a quick procedure.

Post-treatment, you may experience some temporary redness, swelling, or slight bruising in the treated area. A mild sensation of discomfort is also possible, but most side effects typically resolve within five days. As a non-invasive procedure, microneedling allows you to resume your normal activities without significant downtime.

As we age, the anagen (growth) phase of the hair cycle shortens, leading to thinning and hair loss. Hair growth stimulants can help reactivate follicles, encouraging them to start growing again.

Scalp Nutrition

Our hair care products are enriched with specific growth factors that target the Wnt cell signaling pathway. This pathway plays a critical role in hair follicle development and growth. When activated, it promotes hair follicle enlargement and proliferation. Without proper Wnt signaling, the formation, function, and phase transition of hair follicles are impaired.

Even as natural processes slow down, you can regain a fuller head of hair. Take control and provide your hair with the nourishment it needs to start growing again.

Procell Microchanneling Aftercare Instructions:

To ensure optimal healing and results after your treatment, please follow these essential aftercare guidelines:

  • Avoid applying anything to the treated areas for 90 minutes following your session unless provided and instructed by your certified ProCell provider.

  • Do not touch the treated areas with your hands, cell phone, or other foreign objects for 90 minutes after treatment. Contact with these items may introduce bacteria and cause irritation or breakouts.

  • Stay out of direct sunlight for 24 hours after your treatment.

  • Apply sunscreen 90 minutes post-treatment to protect your skin from sun damage.

Hydration and moisturization are key to achieving the best results. Keep your skin hydrated and avoid letting it dry out. If you experience significant dryness in the days or weeks following treatment, your certified ProCell provider can offer additional post-treatment hydrating masks. Remember, water is one of the most affordable and effective ways to enhance your skincare routine!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the treatment hurt?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort during the procedure, and many can undergo it without numbing cream or significant pain. There is no lasting discomfort, and we use various techniques to further reduce any discomfort during the treatment. Afterward, most individuals report a "tight" sensation in the treated area.

Q: What is in the serum?

ProCell's Microchannel Delivery Serum contains growth factors derived from bone marrow in a hyaluronic acid suspension. Both of these ingredients are naturally occurring in the human body. The serum contains no human, animal, or plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances. It has been safely used for over a decade.

Q: What skin conditions can this treatment help with?

Microchanneling effectively improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, stretch marks, and rosacea.

Q: How long before I can expect to see results?

Though neocollagenesis (the production of new collagen) can take several weeks, it is not abnormal to notice an improvement in the quality and appearance of your skin within the first 24 hours. After 2-3 treatments a thicker more robust, collagen filled cellular matrix will produce more consistent and noticeable improvement. And 6 or more treatments may be recommended for scarring, laxity and wrinkles.

Q: Are there any contraindications?

If you have any underlying conditions that significantly affect your immune system, it's best to avoid microchanneling. Conditions such as active radiation or chemotherapy, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic inflammatory skin diseases, recent use of Accutane (within 2 years), hemophilia, or similar bleeding disorders may prevent you from undergoing treatment. Individuals with allergies to stainless steel should also avoid this procedure. Additionally, treatments are not recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing.

Q: What sensations may indicate that the treatment is working?

Common sensations during healing include tightness, itchiness, warmth, sensitivity, a sunburn-like appearance, or redness. These are all positive signs that your skin is responding to the treatment and producing healthy, youthful collagen!
